The house is designed around a central patio that connects with the natural terrain and offers unobstructed views. Visitors enter from the highest point, leading to three main living areas: the master bedroom, guest rooms, and lounge, as well as the swimming pool. The patio’s sloping design features terraces and outdoor seating, culminating in an airy living room that opens to a covered balcony overlooking the sea. The rooftop pool serves as an observatory, while the layout maintains the privacy of the bedrooms, referring back to the patio and sea view. The house’s levels create a microcosm of interconnected spaces that also allow movement outside the property. The design reflects the function of each space and uses rough materials that harmonize with the island’s landscape.
